Bastille

Bastille was founded in August 2006, by Christophe Poteaux and Michelle Poteaux-Garbee and is a contemporary French bistro and wine bar. Chefs Christophe and Michelle Poteaux (former Executive Chef and Pastry Chef of Aquarelle at the Watergate Hotel) are the heart and soul of Bastille. Their menu creations are combinations of traditional bistro fare with modern interpretations. Bastille is not "Old style" French food; its cuisine is modern "French bistro-gastro". This translates into ingredient and quality driven food at bistro prices within a comfortable and relaxed setting.
