
Official Taste of the Arts Drawing Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE AT PARTICIPATING ARTS GROUPS OR RESTAURANTS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
SPONSOR. Drawing sponsored by The Patron Partner Company ("Sponsor"), 211 North Union Street, Suite 100 #10040, Alexandria, Virginia 22314. TERM AND TIMING. Drawing is monthly, beginning at 10 am Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, June 1, 2009 and ending the last day of each calendar month at 10 am ET, continuing for a 12 month period and ending on May 30, 2010 ("Drawing Period").
ELIGIBILITY. The Taste of the Arts Drawing ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Participants must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor.
HOW TO ENTER. Taste of the Arts limited to one (1) entry per person. To enter, visit http://www.patronrewards.com and complete the official online entry form by providing your first and last name, email address and zip code, and then by voting for your favorite restaurants and arts organizations. Completion of all required personal information and votes will result in one (1) entry. All entries must be received during the drawing.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, entries made online will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected online entries or email, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the verification of entries. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
PRIZES. Each month of the Promotion, one Prize Winner will receive a gift certificate or gift card good for tickets for two (2) to an upcoming show at participating arts organizations, as well as dinner for two (2) at any restaurant selected by the Authorized Account Holder. Ticket choice is subject to availability. Restrictions may apply due to availability. The total retail value for each monthly Prize Winner is $200. We will notify Prize Winners by email. Prize Winners must claim their prize by email or telephone within 72 hours or an Alternate Prize Winner will be declared. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. PRIZE WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT ON THE DATE STATED. No alternate prize, cash or other substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
